Jareesh TM, a fitness expert with 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a professional fitness coach at Mission Fitness in Nadapuram. He's a certified coach at state and central level. He is a qualified cricket coach at A level in MS Dhoni cricket academy.
He has earned the reputation of being the best trainer through his fitness erpertise and achievements. His association with many fitness programs on television adds to his glorious reputation. He can aptly be called the soul and the life force behind many of his clients as he motivates them to be consistent in their fitness regime and advises them to adopt the right lifestyle for a healthier and happier life. Being a centrally qualified fitness trainer he has managed to push differently abled people to come forward in fitness training and be a part of the achievement. He has paved way for many people. He has also been felicitated with Mr India title in 2013, Mr India Junior title in 2021and Mr Kerala title in 2022. Apart from being a fitness trainer he has showed immense talent as a cricket coach.
